Plans and billing

Choose a plan, pay by card, change or cancel it, and what happens to your licence when you do.

Your organisation pays for one plan, and the plan gives it its licence. An owner or admin chooses the plan in the web app and pays in Stripe; everyone else sees which plan the organisation is on.

Viewers are free on every plan. Paying yearly costs ten months. No VAT is added: the price is what you pay, in pounds, euros or dollars. Pay in the currency of the country you are billed in.

Choose a plan

1. In the web app, open Organisation.
2. On the Plan card, pick Monthly or Yearly and your currency.
3. Press Choose on a plan. Stripe's checkout opens.
4. Enter your company's address and card, and its VAT number if it has one. An Italian business also gives its SDI code or PEC address, for the electronic invoice. A design partner code goes in the Add promotion code box.
5. Tick the box to accept the terms of service as a business, and approve the clauses Italian law asks to be approved separately.
6. Pay. You come back to Organisation, and the Plan card shows your plan.

Your licence starts at once and runs to the end of the period you paid for, with a week to spare.

Change your card, see invoices, change or cancel the plan

On the Plan card, press Manage billing. Stripe's billing page opens, where you can:

• change the card or the billing address,
• download invoices,
• move to another plan (you pay the difference for the rest of the period),
• cancel.

If a payment fails

The Plan card says so, and Stripe emails you. Update the card in Manage billing. The licence keeps working for a week after the period ends while a payment is due.
